Wiggy

We are cat-sitting for a few weeks and we are so excited to have such a nice, lovey cat in the house. Wiggy has taken to us quite well and the girls love the attention.

Rafting Trip

We spent the afternoon at Grandma and Grandpa's cabin. Chris and Grandpa took the older girls for a short river float, about an hour. It was a beautiful trip. Katie really enjoyed the pretzels.

New Staff Training, Florida

We had a great week at New Staff Training for Campus Crusade for Christ the last week in Orlando. We met so many families from the various ministries of Crusade including Athletes in Action, Family Life, Campus Ministry and the Military Ministry. Chris and I are pictured in the center behind Nate in the orange shirt.
We also had dinner one night with the Dolsons who now work at headquarters. They were Chris' Bible Study leaders at Oregon State when he was in college.

This small lake was outside our hotel and we walked around and watched the wildlife of birds and little lizards during most of our break times. The weather felt so good!


We were privileged to have Vonette Bright, co-founder of Campus Crusade speak at our commissioning banquet Saturday night. What a lovely lady who is still passionate about Jesus!

Family Hike on Tiger Mountain

We drove the short distance to Tiger Mountain and found a simple trail we could all conquer on foot without needing a snack or bathroom break. It was a rainy morning and we enjoyed the scent of fresh rain and the look of fall that will soon be upon us.
