An Oregon Visit with Arizona Family

Come along and enjoy our trip to Enchanted Forrest with Uncle Fred, Aunt Jayne, Papa, and Gigi...we had a blast! If you make it through the pictures there are a couple videos.

Papa braved the "wet ride" with the girls...and then we watched a play of Hansel and Gretel while they dried off.

Uncle Fred and Kendra are in a race...and Gigi is letting Katie drive at the young age of 6!

Afternoon Ice Cream was a big hit....strawberry, rootbeer float and of-course, bright blue bubble gum!

Many games of Rack-o, Chutes and Ladders, dominoes and coloring were attended by all.

Sometimes we call Katie "Gigi's twin"...this time I caught it on film! 

Boat Trip

We took a great boat trip with Grandma and Grandpa from Edmonds to Bremerton.  The girls enjoyed being on the bow with Grandma when we docked and departed.  We had few sun breaks but it wasn't too cold.  Be sure to watch the videos below:

Kendra and Grandma tried to play Mancala when we crossed the rougher waters of the Puget Sound.  Hmmm...they decided to try again when we reached calmer water!

School Talent Show

Kendra played the piano for the all-school talent show.  This was her second talent show as a pianist and her debut as a member of a recorder trio which played to a back-up tape with an African drum beat.  There were approx. 400 people in the gym!

Gymnastics

Kendra completed a second year of artistic gymnastics.  She enjoys her weekly workout on the bars, beam and floor at the gym.  Way to go!  We celebrated with a banana "split"...

A Teddy Bear Picnic

Carina shared her birthday with 6 friends and her 2 sisters...as they all enjoyed a teddy bear picnic.  There were teddy bear stories and teddy bear games...and a picnic, of-course!  A good time was had by all...little girls and their furry friends!

Carina is 4!

Finally, after months of waiting...June 1st came and Carina had a birthday!

She excitedly helped make her cake...really, she just wanted to lick the spoon!

 

She joined her fellow princesses...
