Follow-up conference in Arkansas

Chris and I attended a follow-up training conference/retreat in Little Rock with CCC. Here we are with just a few of the couples we met in Florida last fall.
In true southern style, one of our meals prepared by the retreat center was a plate full of fried food and dessert...we just had to add a glass of sweet tea to cap off the experience!
Chris brought his guitar this time to help lead worship.
The retreat center was part of the University of Arkansas 4-H Center. The setting was beautiful and relaxing.

Kendra's Hidden Talent

Young Author's Night

Kendra wrote a Children's Story about a cow named Rosie and her adventurous trip to the grocery store. She read her story aloud at Young Author's Night at her school. Great Job, Kendra.

Papa's 70th B-day Weekend

We celebrated Papa's 70th birthday with a train club party one night and a gathering with his mother, Grammie (93), the next. Happy Birthday, Papa. We love you.

We had fun dyeing our Easter eggs. The girls like to write secret messages in white crayon. Once, Katie and Rebekah accidentally wrote secret messages on the same egg before dying it!
